The adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes feature two layers of adidas' most resilient foam - LIGHTSTRIKE PRO. Carbon-infused ENERGRODS sit between the two layers of foam and run the full-length of the midsole.
The result is an ultra-protective and propulsive underfoot experience. The unique benefit of the ENERGYRODS is that they move independently of each other. This may deliver a smoother and more stable experience in comparison to plated alternatives.
Continental™ rubber on the outsole feels very grippy and improves traction around corners - especially in wet conditions.
The adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 upper feels very light and breathable. Small internal heel pods hold your ankle in place.
These are suitable for a range of foot shapes, but they offer a performance-orientated fit. By this, we mean they fit snugly.

It's a very good idea to do some training sessions in them before your race. This should ensure you feel as comfortable as possible in them.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
