Run4It Edinburgh - Sales Assistant
Job Role:
Run4It has a clear purpose: Inspiring people to improve their fitness, health and wellbeing through running. Operating as a multi-channel retailer, Run4It aims to utilise its resources to the best of its ability in order to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. We place a lot of value on the customer service feedback we receive via Feefo and Google My Business reviews.
Integrity, customer commitment, collaboration, empathy, and fun are just a few of the values we stand by as a company. We are looking for a sales assistant who embodies all of these and more. This is a varied role for an enthusiastic individual who is preferably into their fitness.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant are to:

engage with customers by following the Run4It customer service process to provide a positive shopping experience

deliver exceptional service through the +runlab service, offering expert advice and support to customers

actively contribute to maintaining high shop standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness, ensuring an inviting and well-organized environment

accurately manage stock transfers and deliveries into the store, ensuring proper handling and organization
Reporting to:
The Shop Manager and Assistant Managers for your shop.
Key Performance Indicators:

Sales performance that aligns with both the shop's and the company’s product range and strategic objectives

Customer Account Creation & Newsletter sign-up rates

Service reviews on Feefo & Google My Business
Full training will be provided to ensure the highest possible level of customer service is attained that fits in with our company service standards.
Terms:

Hourly rate of £12.25

Part time employment with weekly hours between 6 and 17 depending on preference and availability
-
The successful applicant will be expected to have some flexibility with regard to hours, and be able to work weekends. Shift pattern: 9.30am - 6pm (6.30pm on Thursdays) and 11-5pm on Sunday.

Staff discount: 30% discount on full-price goods for your own personal use and 20% discount on full-price goods being bought for or by immediate family members
Experience:
