Underfoot Feel

The midsole features two layers of adidas' most resilient foam: LIGHTSTRIKE PRO. This cushioning has the added benefit of feeling very protective. As a result, landings should feel comfortable and energetic. 

Carbon-infused ENERGYRODS also run through the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3's midsole. These limit energy loss and aid forward momentum. 

In contrast to a carbon-fibre plate, ENERGYRODS can move independently of each other. As a result, you might find the midsole feels smoother and more natural under your feet in comparison to competitor models.

Continental™ rubber on the outsole feels very grippy and improves traction around corners - especially in wet conditions.

Upper Fit

The performance-orientated upper is highly breathable and very light. Heel pods hold your ankles in place.

Sizing Advice
