Unlike most superfoam models, the Saucony Tempus Running Shoes offer more support for your feet and ankles. To explain further, a firmer material wraps around the superfoam midsole core to stabilise your feet. This is called a PWWRUN Frame. This structure also works in synergy with the curved midsole geometry to deliver propulsive toe-offs.

Finally, your feet should sit into the cushioning, not on top of it. This is likely to result in an even more supportive sensation. 

Upper Fit

Weighing approximately just 252 grams, the Saucony Tempus Running Shoes are incredibly lightweight. A light and breathable upper plays a key part in keeping the weight down.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
