We expect that this Salomon long sleeve running t-shirt will be ideal for when it's too cold for a short sleeve t-shirt. There are obvious advantages to a long sleeve top on cold days. However, Salomon's AdvancedSkin ActiveDry fabric is very breathable. It dries in under 30 minutes. The chance of overheating in this top is low.
Additionally, this top can be worn underneath a running jacket. Its lightweight nature should help prevent overheating when worn with a running jacket.
The Raglan sleeves and stretch in the top helps to increase comfort when you are running.
