Underfoot Feel
The full-length of the midsole contains Nike's ReactX foam. This foam provides significant amounts of responsive cushioning. While these are trail running shoes, the midsole should provide a lot of comfort on the road.
The grip will provide traction on light trails, but it is not suitable for very muddy or soft ground. The lack of suitability for soft and muddy ground means there should be ample durability on firmer ground.
Upper Fit
Engineered mesh has been combined with open holes on the upper to provide breathability. However, the engineered mesh is placed with tighter woven fabric in high-wear areas such as the toes.
At the midfoot, Flywire technology integrates with the laces to secure your foot.
Ideal Run Type
The Nike Women's Pegasus Trail 5 Trail Running Shoes are best for runs on light trails. As mentioned, they should be more than capable of coping with sections of road - making them very versatile. If you are looking for hybrid running shoes to cope with a mixture of road and trail, it is hard to think of a better option.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
