Cadence™ | Sleep Hydration Sachets - Midnight Cherry

Cadence™ Sleep Hydration Sachets are a complete electrolyte solution. Designed to help induce a state of calm - with the goal of helping you to wake up rested; not drowsy. The potent sleep complex has been formulated to reduce the time taken to fall asleep, improve sleep quality and prolong the duration of sleep. 

From an electrolyte standpoint, a Cadence™ Sleep Hydration Sachet contains:

• 100mg of sodium to help maintain fluid balance and electrolyte balance in the body by retaining water, thus aiding in hydration through osmosis;
• 100mg of potassium for helping with the maintenance of normal cellular fluid balance, nerve impulses and muscle contraction; and 
• 50mg of marine magnesium (aquamin) which should facilitate the necessary electrolyte balance for proper cellular distribution.

From a sleep specific standpoint, a sachet contains:

• 1000mg of L-tryptophan - a precursor of serotonin and melatonin which can help regulate sleep-wake cycles;
• 1000g L-glycine to facilitate deeper sleep via regulation of body temperature and NMDA receptors;
• 200mg L-theanine to reduce stress and anxiety - promoting calmness and improved sleep quality;
• 100mg ashwagandha to help reduce cortisol, thus promoting better sleep quality and efficiency; 
• 75mg valerian root extract 10:1 to increase levels of GABA, a calming neurotransmitter;
• 14mg vitamin B6, which should be essential for the production of seratonin and melatonin (both of which can help regulate sleep patterns); and
• 2mg zinc to regulate neurotransmitter function and promote sleep stability. 

When to consume Cadence™ Sleep Hydration

It is recommended that you consume one sachet of Cadence™ Sleep Hydration 60 minutes before bed. 

Cadence™ Sleep Hydration has been specifically designed to aid nighttime hydration, sleep and recovery. 

Instructions for use

It is recommended to mix one sachet with 300-350ml of water. You will probably find it easiest to mix the product by shaking it in a bottle. Consuming large volumes of fluid prior to sleep is not recommended.
