From an electrolyte standpoint, a Cadence™ Core Hydration Sachet contains:
- 600mg of sodium to optimise hydration via improved fluid absorption, greater fluid retention and maintenance of electrolyte balance;
- 200mg of potassium to regulate cellular fluid balance, supporting cardiovascular health, nerve and muscle function; and
- 20mg of marine magnesium (aquamin) which should contribute to electrolyte balance, energy-yielding metabolism, nerve and muscle function.
When to consume Cadence™ Core Hydration
You may find that Cadence™ Core Hydration Sachets are best consumed in the morning. This is because you may be more dehydrated at that time of the day. However, Cadence™ Core Hydration can be consumed at any time of the day.
It may be particularly beneficial to use Cadence Core Hydration 30 minutes before, during, or immediately after high intensity training. This should allow you to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost via sweat.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to mix one sachet with 500ml to 1L of water. You will probably find it easiest to mix the product by shaking it in a bottle.

- Cadence™ Core Hydration Sachets are vegan, and contain zero calories and zero grams of sugar.
- Remember that this product is meant to supplement your electrolyte intake; and not be your sole source of electrolytes.

- Your electrolyte requirements will vary depending on your activity levels.
