Advice for Road Runners: The Brooks Women's Glycerin 21 Road Running Shoes provide plush cushioning. Designed to provide maximum comfort for your training runs.
The midsole consists of Brooks' DNA LOFT v3 cushioning. This nitrogen-infused foam is lightweight, responsive, and durable for premium levels of comfort.
If you wore the Glycerin 20, you may want to know that the Glycerin 21 has an additional 2 mm of DNA LOFT v3 foam in the midsole.
The midsole and outsole are built on a broad platform. This provides a stable base from which to land on and push off from.
The outsole is made of new RoadTack rubber, which is designed to be lightweight and durable.
The upper is a new, engineered warp knit upper. While the upper is breathable, it also provides support in vital areas for your feet.
The Brooks Women's Glycerin 21 Road Running Shoes are best for slow to steady paced training runs. These are neutral running shoes, designed to deliver maximum comfort for your feet and legs.
Take your Brooks gear for a 90-day trial run. Put it through its paces and sweat in it as much as you want. If you are not 100% satisfied, return it to us for free.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
