Underfoot Feel
There's 40% more U-TECH™ foam in the True Motion Aion 3 Running Shoes. As this foam delivers around 75% energy return, it should feel soft and propulsive.
Biological U-TECH™ simply means the tubes of cushioning mirror the anatomical structures of your foot. This should improve your perception of softness, and also centre forces more effectively.
True Motion design all their running shoes to centre forces from the ground through the ankle and knee joints. As this may load joints more naturally, it's likely to reduce the chances of knee pain.
Upper Fit
The True Motion Aion 3 Running Shoes have an innovative three-layer jacquard mesh. As a result, it should feel very soft and comfortable. A moulded heel counter improves the fit around the ankle.
Ideal Run Type
You can use the True Motion Men's U-Tech Aion 3 Running Shoes for both slow and steady paced runs. This is because the cushioning should adapt well to changes in speed and effort. It's likely they'll very comfortable for long distance runs, as they're highly cushioned.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
