The ideal post exercise drink, REGO was inspired by British cycling legend Chris Boardman who had experimented mixing PSP22 with protein powder. REGO has been used by him, and many other top athletes and sportsmen since its launch in 1995.
Consume 1-2 servings immediately after each training session.
