The material is fast-drying and breathable. Laser-cut holes on the side also improve air circulation. This should help regulate your sweat-rate and minimise distraction.
It's fair to say a running visor is a good option for runners who get particularly hot, and potentially overheat in a running cap.
Available in one-size, the elastic band adjustment can be used to tailor the fit.
