Underfoot Feel
The Nike Vaporfly 3 Road Racing Shoes feel ultra-propulsive during short bouts of high intensity efforts. And protective and efficient during prolonged steady runs. This is a result of the marriage between soft and bouncy ZoomX foam and a full-length carbon fibre plate.
As support is still an important component of race day running shoes, the Vaporfly 3 midsole is structured accordingly. Midsole sculpting and a heel bulge should make the cushioning feel stable underfoot.
Even though the propulsive midsole feels best when you're running faster, the cushioning offers lots of comfort should you need to slow down.
Upper Fit
The Nike Vaporfly 3 Road Racing Shoes feature a Flyknit upper. Specifically selected Flyknit yarns deliver an almost perfect combination of support and breathability.
While the toe box should feel spacious, heel pods in the heel collar help lock your ankle in place.

Sizing Advice
