Underfoot Feel
These max-cushioned road running shoes have a midsole made of Nike's ZoomX foam. This material is ultra-responsive and lightweight. The high stack height means there is a lot of cushioning underneath your feet.
You may notice the width of the midsole at the heel and the forefoot. The wide base at those points helps to create a stable platform from which to land on and push off from.
Finally, the midsole has a rocker-like shape. This should help you to transition through the gait cycle with greater ease and efficiency.
Upper Fit
The breathable Flyknit upper is strong and durable. It helps to hold your feet in place and keep them at a comfortable temperature.
We understand some runners find the ankle collar can feel loose around the heel area. It's unlikely you'll find this is a problem during your run. However, using the last eyelet provides a more locked-in feel.
Ideal Run Type
The Nike Women's Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes are best for easy to steady paced training runs. They can be a great choice when you're tired from a previous run or race and want to take pressure off your feet and legs. There is a significant amount of cushioning in the midsole - making them suitable for short and long-distance runs.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
