Underfoot Feel

You should also find the Wave Plate offers great support. The structure enhances stability on the medial side, which helps reduce greater ranges of pronation. Importantly, the Wave Plate also improves propulsion.
Even though the Mizuno Wave Equate 8 Running Shoes' cushioning sits on the firmer end of the cushioning spectrum, a Mizuno Enerzy heel wedge should make landings feel softer.
