Underfoot Feel
HOKA has designed these track running spikes to feel cushioned and forgiving underfoot. For track running spikes, there is a significant amount of compression mouled EVA foam underneath your feet.
The Pebax® spike plate - which is a 6-pin spike plate - will provide confidence and traction when you are running at fast speeds.
Upper Fit
The Crescendo MD have a breathable air mesh upper. The anatomical tongue construction should create a very comfortable fit - helping you to focus on your running.
Ideal Run Type
The HOKA Unisex Crescendo MD Running Spikes are best for middle distance track running events. Please note that we only recommend using track running spikes for their intended purpose.

Important Sizing Information
The HOKA Crescendo MD Running Spikes are unisex spikes. However, the UK size on the box - and therefore the size on our website - is a men's UK size. Our sizing chart shows the equivalent women's US size for each UK men's size.
Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
