Underfoot Feel
As the stack height in the HOKA Bondi 9 Running Shoes is 43 mm to 38 mm, it feels like there's a lot of cushioning under your feet. This offers lots of comfort for easy miles and long runs.
In contrast to the previous version, the latest Bondi Running Shoes features a super critical EVA foam. This is a significant update, as the midsole feels lighter, softer, and bouncier.
Importantly, the midsole base remains relatively wide. This broad-based geometry ensures the cushioning feels very stable. A rearfoot focused Active Foot Frame™ also improves support.
Finally, HOKA's signature MetaRocker™ should help you enjoy smooth transitions from landing to take-off.
Upper Fit
The HOKA Bondi 9 Running Shoes features a structured knit upper with zonal breathability. This should offer an accommodating fit.
An updated 3D moulded collar should make it easy to slip the shoes on and off.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
