Underfoot Feel
Now featuring nitrogen infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning, the Brooks Ghost 16 Running Shoes deliver - in comparison to the previous model - a softer, and more energetic underfoot feel.
While the midsole doesn't feel overly soft, it offers a lot protection. The balanced cushioning also delivers a very stable underfoot sensation.
Upper Fit
The all-black engineered air mesh upper should feel softer and more comfortable in comparison to the previous version. In our experience, the Brooks Ghost 16 Running Shoes offer a spacious fit in the toe box, and should suit runners with broader feet.

The Brooks Men's Ghost 16 Running Shoes are one of the best options for everyday runs. By this, we mean your slower to steady paced miles.
