Advice for Road Runners: The Brooks Men's Ghost 16 2E Running Shoes are the wide-fitting version.
The latest version features an upgraded midsole, that improves cushioning.
Now made with DNA LOFT v3 cushioning, the Brooks Ghost 16 2E Running Shoes should feel softer and more energetic in comparison to the previous model. As this foam is nitrogen-infused, it's also lighter.
Overall, the midsole delivers a balanced underfoot feel. By this, we mean it doesn't feel overly soft or firm. It's likely the midsole will feel very stable as a result.
An updated RoadTack rubber improves durability.
The Brooks Ghost 16 Running Shoes in the 2E last offer a wider fit than the standard model. This makes them well-suited to runners with broader shaped feet.
In comparison to the previous version, the upper should feel softer and more comfortable.
We recommend using the Brooks Men's Ghost 16 2E Running Shoes for your slower paced runs. This is because the cushioning should feel very comfortable at this type of intensity.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
