Underfoot Feel

The adidas Supernova Rise Running Shoes feature Dreamstrike+ cushioning. Optimised for comfort, this foam is inspired by Lightstrike Pro - adidas' foam of choice in ADIZERO racing shoes. 

Even though the midsole offers lots of protection, it feels very supportive. This is because the midsole has a Support Rod system embedded in it. The firmer foam aids stability and helps smooth out transitions from landing to take-off. For clarity, these are neutral running shoes. 

Upper Fit

Comfort is the main priority when it comes to the fit and design of the upper. As a result, the adidas Supernova Rise Running Shoes have an engineered sandwich mesh construction that feels soft and breathable. Padding around the heel counter is likely to minimise friction and keep your ankles feeling secure.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
