The five-pin spike plate will accommodate spikes of different heights. Spikes may need to be changed according to the track/surface they are being used on.

Sizing Advice
Please note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
