Why we stock the 2XU Light Speed Compression Shorts

The 2XU Light Speed Compression Shorts offer more in comparison to 'standard' compression shorts. At the quadriceps area you will find 2XU's Muscle Containment Stamping (MCS) technology. MCS is a fabric support system that - in the case of these 2XU shorts - sits over the top of the quadriceps. The MCS fabric is its own layer - additional to the main fabric. The result is increased compression with the goal of reducing muscle oscillation and injury risk, through the provision of increased support. Having this kind of support at the quadriceps should be beneficial for your running. 

In-terms of pockets - there is a large pocket for a phone, a zip pocket for items such as a credit card, and a mesh pocket for energy gels and similar items. 

The signature X logo on the thigh is reflective.

Please refer to the size guide which will help you to choose your size based on your height and weight. It is worth noting that the compression is related to limb mass; therefore, waist size is of very little relevance when it comes to identifying the correct size.

The 2XU Men's Light Speed Compression Shorts are particularly well suited to high-intensity runs and long runs. It may be difficult to find shorts as supportive as these.
