Advice for Road Runners: The On Men's Cloudrunner Road Running Shoes offer support and soft cushioning. They are stability running shoes. Designed to offer more support than neutral running shoes.
Running shoes that offer additional stability should feel stable underneath your feet. The outsole and midsole of these On running shoes are quite broad. The wide base creates a stable platform for you to run on. The Speedboard® delivers energy return. This is also wider - to align with the base of the shoes.
Soft cushioning is another key component of these running shoes. On's CloudTec® cushioning is soft and lightweight.
The engineered mesh helps with breathability. The upper is designed to provide comfort and support. A plush heel collar helps to create a comfortable fit.
The On Men's Cloudrunner Road Running Shoes are very well suited to training runs at slow and steady to moderate paces. We don't recommend these shoes for fast paced interval training sessions.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
