Underfoot Feel
The majority of the midsole features soft Mizuno Enerzy cushioning. However, there's also an anatomical Wave Plate - which follows the shape of your foot. This smooths out transitions, but most importantly it improves propulsion.
Overall, the Mizuno Wave Inspire 20 Running Shoes should feel very protective and responsive. This is what makes them well-suited to a range of paces and intensities.
The Wave Plate also delivers added support for your feet and ankles. To explain further, the specific shaping of the plate helps to reduce the extent to which the foot arch can collapse - therefore reducing excess pronation.
Upper Fit
The stand-out attribute in the Mizuno Wave Inspire 20 Running Shoes' upper is the breathability on offer. This is down to the lightweight jacquard air mesh design.

Sizing Advice
